Although we make great efforts to make sure our luggage is located, ReboundTAG cannot absolutely guarantee that your luggage will be returned to you, and neither can we guarantee the condition of the luggage when it is returned to you.

 

ReboundTAG is not responsible for whether an airline loses your luggage and does not guarantee that the airline you use is responsible or reliable with its customers’ possessions.

 

ReboundTAG is not an insurance company and therefore do not refund the value of lost possessions.

 

Although we take precautions against intruders, ReboundTAG shall not be liable if a person or persons use fraud to either claim luggage that does not belong to them or use fraud to enter areas of the website that are restricted such as the airline area. Note: the most important thing that you can do for your ReboundTAG security is not reveal you password to anybody.

 

ReboundTAG is not responsible for the handling of the luggage by the airline(s) and/or courier(s) that return the item to its owner.

 

ReboundTAG is not responsible for the speed with which the luggage is returned to you by the airline(s) and/or courier(s)

 

ReboundTAG is not responsible for the quality of the messages sent by the finder of the item and received by the owner if the item

 

ReboundTAG is not responsible for the behaviour of those that enter the airline and airport area of the website, including the messages they send to the owner of the item

 

We take precautions against those attempting to “hack” our website but we are not liable for the consequences of such an attack.
